• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• Wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Without proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

• Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be credited to original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping cost may be borne by customer unless product is defective.

6. Order Cancellation
