• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

3. Orders

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders, if available).

• Accenzy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

• Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.
Accenzy does not store your card or payment details.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, it will be shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

• Delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Accenzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for damaged or defective products.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return claim.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• No returns for change of mind.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
